Manic Monday Workout "Butt Blast"

Happy Martin Luther King Day!!!!  What better way to start your week off than a workout that will tighten up your booty and burn a whole lot of gunk from the weekend.  Get off the couch and blast that butt!

15  standing squats
20  lunges
20  floor bridge
50  jumping jacks
15  sit ups

3 times all the way through with little rest.
