Manic Monday workout "TO the CORE"

Core is obviously very important for everyone.  Having a strong core is important for posture and proper

movement.  So today's manic monday work out is hard to the CORE!  Get your yoga matt or towel let's do this!
Float the feet!!!

10 knee to chest crunches
10 alternating leg raises
10 leg raises
12 side to side twists

2 minute break

4 sets
